Job summary

Mars in the United States is seeking a Food Quality Specialist to maintain, design and improve the site quality management system in line with quality standards.

You will collaborate across operations, drive continuous improvement, conduct risk assessments, and support incident management as part of hold and release processes, with Mars University enabling ongoing development and a strong focus on The Five Principles.

Qualifications

• Ideally, Bachelor's degree Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent.
• Experience in a Food Manufacturing environment working in Quality, Food Safety, Engineering and/or Product/Process development.

Responsibilities

• Developing and updating all paperwork/systems to be complaint to global standards.
• Supporting operations with incident management, troubleshooting and conduct food safety risk assessments as part of hold and release.
• Driving continuous improvement and execute quality projects in close collaboration with other teams.
