Parker Trutec, Inc. in Tennessee is seeking a Quality Technician to measure parts, inspect visually, and record data to support the QC department. The role requires attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment and adherence to safety procedures.

Candidates should be able to operate plant software and forklifts as needed, participate in process improvements, and work hours including overtime, weekends, or holidays when required.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for visual inspection, measurement of parts before and after processing and verifying that quality related tasks are completed for QC department.
• Responsible for ensuring the quality department achieves acceptable 5S housekeeping with continuous improvement.
• Responsible to review and ensure the quality testing requirements are completed and followed for customer product testing; identify and report any non-conformances of visual defects and oil application.
• Responsible for ensuring quality lab equipment is running efficiently.

Position Summary:

The Quality Technician position requires an organized individual with the ability to use measurement equipment for daily tasks and data collection. This role requires measurement of many different parts across the production line. Must have a high emphasis on attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications (include but are not limited to):

• Must work and follow all safety requirements

• Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, off-shifts, or holidays.
