• Perform physical and visual inspections of finished goods packaging focusing on correctness of expiration date and batch number.
• Inspect finished goods for defective components or assembly defects.
• Repack materials ensuring correct part counts and proper organization within cartons; stack finished cartons on pallets.
• Dispose of rejected products to remove them from the distribution stream.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by the area supervisor.

Job Description

The Quality Technician will be supporting rework and reinspection activities for suspected defective finished goods in order to sort the defective parts from acceptable parts.

Responsibilities:

• Perform physical and visual inspections of finished goods packaging focused on accuracy of printed information such as expiration date and batch number.
• Perform visual inspections of finished goods looking for defective components or defects within the assembly.
• Perform repacking of materials requiring attention to the part count and organization/arrangement of materials within individual cartons, and arrangement of finished cartons on pallets.
• Perform material disposal for rejected products to ensure removal from distribution stream.
• Other duties as assigned by area supervisor.
