Job summary

AUTOKINITON is seeking a dependable Quality Technician for the 3rd shift (Sunday through Thursday, 10:30 pm to 6:40 am) at the Shepherdsville, KY facility. You’ll perform inspections, conduct tests, and support quality operations to ensure top‑tier part quality.

This hands‑on role requires data entry into reporting tools (GDM, PAX-IT), timely containment and countermeasure actions when issues arise, and close collaboration with the quality team.

• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn software programs.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities.

Responsibilities

Quality Technician (3rd Shift Sunday - Thursday 10:30pm - 6:40am)

To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

• Responsible for inspection, tests, surveillance, and quality operations support including monthly Instron destructs.
• Collects data and enters into appropriate reporting tools: GDM, PAX-IT, etc.
• Initiate containment and countermeasure processes when necessary (Quality alerts both internal and external)

This Full-time hourly role is a part of our Quality team and reports to the Quality Supervisor.

Required experience:

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to learn various computer programs.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
