Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Auditor/Technician to compile data, generate reports, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at our Richmond, VA facility.

The role involves supporting the Quality Manager, conducting ASTM/ISTA testing, calibrating lab equipment, and assisting with projects across the lab and production environment. Strong communication and MS Excel/Access skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Quality Auditor or Quality Technician experience
• Exceptional MS Access and Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

The performance of the employee will be measured as follows:

• Operating standards - the employee will need to meet or exceed the Operating Standards in the areas of quality, cost, safety, customer satisfaction and productivity. Such standards will be set annually and communicated to the employee.
