Job summary

Employment Solutions is seeking an experienced Quality Technician for a manufacturing facility in the Oakland Park area. The role involves performing product inspections, testing, and dimensional measurements to ensure compliance with customer and internal quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a technical/trade school certificate or equivalent experience, 5+ years in quality or manufacturing, and expertise in dimensional inspection, SPC, NCRs, and GD&T.

Qualifications

• Technical/trade school certificate or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of quality, inspection, testing, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with dimensional inspection and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of SPC, NCRs, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis.
• Strong computer, math, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform product inspections, testing, and dimensional measurements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Review products and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage non-conformances (NCRs) and support corrective actions (CARs).
• Assist with root-cause analysis and quality improvement initiatives.
• Apply SPC techniques and maintain quality metrics.
• Operate and maintain inspection and testing equipment.
• Prepare quality, inspection, and testing reports.
• Support Quality Assurance Engineers with product testing and analysis.
