Job summary

ALogix Resource Group, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Technician/Quality Inspector to perform day-to-day inspection of raw materials and assemblies and document quality issues with data presented in a statistical format.

The role involves collaborating with engineers and vendors, updating SOPs, and working across electrical, mechanical, and weld inspection areas to ensure product quality and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with assembly inspection process.
• Documenting quality issues per processes and presenting data in a statistical format.
• Ability to follow directions with strong attention to detail.
• Read and interpret Engineering Blueprints to ensure inspection accuracy.
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals.
• Read and use a tape measure.
• Possess mechanical aptitude; Engineering Technician experience helpful.

Seeking aManufacturing Technician/Quality Inspectorfor day-to-day inspection of raw materials and assemblies as well as documenting quality issues per processes and presenting data in a statistical format.

Responsibilities:

• Inspection, documentation and data collection of parts and assemblies.
• Use data to create reports to use for training and/or process improvement strategies.
• Other tasks include discussing issues with engineers, vendors and updating SOP's as needed.
• Could be working in multiple areas such as electrical, mechanical, and weld inspection

Ideal Experience:

• Prior experience with assembly inspection process
• Documenting quality issues per processes and presenting data in a statistical format.
• Ability to follow directions along with strong attention to detail is extremely important
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel (write reports in Word, create and use spreadsheets in Excel for analysis)
• Must be able to read and interpretEngineering Blueprintsas every aspect of inspecting product relies on the blueprints to ensure accuracy.
• Basic math skills necessary to include fractions and decimals
• Ability to read and use a tape measure
• Possess mechanical ability/aptitude
• Engineering Technician experience very helpful
