Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections of devices, raw materials, components, packaging, and finished goods according to quality procedures
• Set up and execute basic inspection and testing processes while interpreting drawings, specifications, sketches, and work instructions
• Test, sample, and troubleshoot components, electronic devices, and raw materials to ensure compliance with requirements
• Determine acceptance, rejection, or escalation status of inspected materials and components
• Utilize measurement tools and inspection equipment to verify product quality and specifications
• Inspect workmanship, assembly quality, alignment, and installation accuracy
• Document inspection results, record defects, and maintain accurate quality records
• Perform final acceptance inspections of finished goods and ensure compliance with product standards
• Support final assembly of product kits, including accessories and labeling as required

Job Title: Quality Technician Reports To: Manager, Quality Assurance Location: Fort Worth, TX Business Unit Description: Enovis Recovery Science Job Title/High-Level Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Technician to support inspection, testing, and acceptance activities across incoming materials, in-process components, and finished medical devices. This role is responsible for ensuring product quality through adherence to established quality control procedures and standards. The Quality Technician will play a key role in verifying that components and finished goods meet predefined specifications and regulatory requirements. This position involves hands‑on inspection work, documentation of results, and collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams to support consistent product quality and compliance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections of devices, raw materials, components, packaging, and finished goods according to quality procedures

Minimum Basic Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 2+ years of relevant manufacturing or quality-related experience preferred
• Ability to interpret technical documents including drawings, specifications, and inspection instructions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Desired Characteristics

• Experience in medical device manufacturing or regulated environments preferred
• Prior experience with Oracle and Agile
• Familiarity with inspection tools and quality measurement equipment
• Experience supporting final inspection and product release activities
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production schedules
