Job summary

Jabil in the United States is seeking an admin/technical support role to bolster the QA Department. You will assist the Quality Engineer and technicians, prepare raw data for analysis, and conduct routine audits to ensure product quality and process reliability.

The role involves supporting visual aids, data review, and collaboration on corrective actions and improvements across production. Strong PC skills and basic arithmetic are required to interpret results and communicate findings

Qualifications

  • Prior experience preferred but not required.
  • Technical Associate’s degree preferred but not required.
  • General knowledge of electronic component handling.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer, including using a Windows-based operating system and related software.
  • Advanced PC skills.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence, read, and understand visual aid.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
  • Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.

  • Perform and assist production inspections to meet customer demand.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
