Job summary

Mars in Colorado Springs is seeking a Food Quality Specialist to maintain and improve the site quality management system in line with global standards. You will design, update and ensure documentation aligns with quality requirements across production.

The role emphasizes collaboration with operations, incident management, and food safety risk assessments, driving continuous improvement and leading quality projects with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent.
• Experience in a Food Manufacturing environment working in Quality, Food Safety, Engineering and/or Product/Process development.

• Supporting operations with incident management, troubleshooting and conduct food safety risk assessments as part of hold and release
