We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves working closely with production teams to implement quality assurance processes and maintain compliance with industry regulations. The Quality Technician will be responsible for conducting inspections, performing audits, and utilizing various quality systems to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Requirements
EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION
1. Completion of high school or possession of an equivalent certification is preferred
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing setting
3. Proficient in the use of precision measurement tools and technical instruments
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills; capable of collaborating across departments
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
1. Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
2. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for identifying defects or non-conformance in products.
3. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
4. Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in quality processes.
6. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, formatting, sorting/filtering, basic functions like VLOOKUP or pivot tables)
