Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Quality Tech for its Building Envelope operations in Muscle Shoals, AL. The role involves testing materials, documenting results, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.

You will work under supervision initially, with increasing independence on the line. The position offers a night shift schedule (9 pm–7 am) with a $24.48 hourly wage plus a $1 shift premium once moved to nights, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year experience in a quality lab testing environment.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Test and inspect material at various production stages to ensure quality and reliability.
• Maintain accurate lab records and complete documentation.
• Operate, calibrate and maintain analytical instruments.
• Identify nonconforming materials and document dispositions.
• Support investigations of customer complaints and production issues.
