Job summary

• Complete quality control paperwork and forward to appropriate recipients.
• Check packaging seals, dates, vacuum, and proper caddie and case counts.
• Communicate with PMO and supervisor on quality issues.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow GMP/HAACP procedures.
• Pre-operational sanitation inspections daily.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned.
