Job summary

Arconic in Springdale, AR seeks a manufacturing/QA support role to read drawings and operate precision measuring tools. You will help calibrate devices, enter MDR data, support MRB activities, and assist in receiving and QA audits, ensuring quality across production departments.

The position involves hands-on calibration, documentation, and occasional pallets sorting to aid material flow and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand part drawings.
• Read calipers, protractors, and tape measures.
• Learn to use calibrated tools used in other departments.
• Assist with calibration of measuring devices and documentation for the location.
• Enter MDR information into the MDR access database & JDE.
• Help facilitate the MRB (Materials Review Board) process.
• Assist Receiving Dept with Receiving tasks.
• Conduct Quality audits in the operation production Depts for QA department.
• Respond to department calls to check quality issues.
• Sort pallets of material if needed.

• May be asked to help in the Receiving Dept with Receiving tasks.
• Conduct Quality audits in the operation production Depts for QA department.
• Go to dept when called to check questionable quality issues.
• May be asked to help sort pallets of material if needed.
