Qualifications

• 1 – 3 years of experience in a quality role preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old in co-packing alcoholic beverages.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and GMPs.
• Perform analysis on raw materials and finished products.
• Conduct audits to monitor product integrity.
• Maintain accurate records of tests performed.

Skills

Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and SAP

Exposure to measurement tools and equipment

Organized and detail oriented

High level of precision and accuracy

Familiarity with SQF, SAP, Six Sigma, GMP

Understanding of Food Safety Requirements

Able to read and understand metric system

Food or beverage laboratory experience

Skilled in maintaining accurate records

Integrity and ethical standards commitment

Flexibility to adapt to changes

Clear and concise communication

Education
