Job summary

AllStaff Careers is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to support our production line. Pay starts at $21.50 per hour, with 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM shifts, Monday to Friday, and potential overtime.

You will perform a variety of test and verification procedures, record pass/fail data, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate. The role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for 10 hours, and at least one year of experience on similar inspection tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Stand 10 hours or more per shift.
• 1 year previous experience in inspection or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of test and verification procedures per QA guidance (axle alignment, air and electrical testing, ABS, tires, wheels, gates).
• Record pass/fail information and maintain complete, legible inspection documentation.
• Operate and utilize camera to record inspection and transfer necessary photographs as required.

Position Description

Adhere to guidance and instruction from Quality Assurance Manager Perform a wide variety of specific test or verification procedures including but not limited to, axle alignment, air and electrical testing, ABS, tires, wheels, gates, etc. Organize documentation to utilize in inspection process assuring documentation is complete, (neat, legible, and accurate) and made available for record keeping retainment. Review documentation related to product being inspected. Assure product is as designated in specification documentation. Document all pass/fail information during the inspection process as required and instructed. Communicate with inspection Quality Assurance Manager regarding specific needs or any deficiencies in build of product being inspected. Operate and utilize camera to record inspection of product and enter/transfer necessary photographs in order required, utilizing computer system.
