Job summary

Life Extension Foundation Buyers Club Inc in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Quality Systems and Testing Specialist to ensure GMP/GDP compliance, maintain data integrity, and oversee testing programs for products and raw materials.

The role partners with Regulatory Affairs, R&D, and Operations, manages CAPAs and OOS/OOT investigations, and serves as the liaison to contract labs to guarantee timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, life sciences, or related field.
• 2+ years in QA, QC, laboratory operations, or quality systems in a regulated industry.
• Working knowledge of 21CFR111, GMP, GDP, and data integrity principles.
• Familiarity with OOS, CAPA, deviation investigations, and change control processes.
• Understanding of analytical testing methodologies including HPLC, ICP-MS, FTIR.
• Experience reviewing laboratory data, CoAs, and technical reports; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage all third-party testing programs and reporting.
• Coordinate and oversee the Stability Testing Program.
• Review CoAs and testing documentation for compliance.
• Serve as the primary contact for contract laboratories.
• Oversee OOS/OOT investigations per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain CAPAs, SCARs, and investigation reports.
• Ensure GDP, GMP, data integrity, and quality standards.
• Participate in audits and supplier evaluations.
• Manage controlled quality documentation and records retention.
• 2 onsite days per week is an essential function of this position.
• Collaborate with QA, Regulatory, R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations.
