Lake Air Products is seeking a Quality Systems Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the QMS across the organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and certification requirements.
You will own audit programs, CAPA processes, document control, and management reviews, driving risk-based thinking and certification readiness to support growth in medical, aerospace & defense, and other markets.

Position Summary
The Quality Systems Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and certification requirements. This role serves as the primary owner of quality system compliance, certification readiness, and audit activities, leading corrective action programs, documentation control, employee training, and continuous improvement initiatives. By partnering with cross-functional teams, the Quality Systems Manager identifies and closes compliance gaps, strengthens process effectiveness, mitigates risk, and fosters a culture of quality throughout the organization.
