Job summary

Supergoop! is seeking a Senior Manager of Quality Systems in New York to design, implement, and lead a scalable QMS across the product lifecycle. You will oversee QA, QC, supplier audits, COAs, and regulatory compliance, ensuring products meet global standards and customer expectations.

The role requires strategic leadership and diverse industry experience. You will collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and manufacturing to drive continuous quality improvements, risk assessments, and CAPA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 7+ years of quality experience in cosmetics, OTC, pharmaceutical, or personal care manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of FDA OTC regulations, cosmetic GMP (ISO 22716), and global regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience building or significantly improving a Quality Management System.
• Experience managing contract manufacturers and global suppliers.
• Strong background in CAPA, root cause analysis, auditing, and risk assessment.
• Experience preparing for and supporting regulatory inspections.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth brand environment.
• Strategic and systems thinker.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve a comprehensive Quality Management System.
• Oversee supplier quality, audits, and contract manufacturer oversight.
• Manage production quality controls, COAs, and batch release processes.
• Supervise laboratory testing, method validation, and third-party labs.
• Lead document control, change management, and regulatory submissions.
• Drive deviation, CAPA, and risk management program.
• Coordinate GMP training and quality culture initiatives.
• Support post-market quality monitoring and recalls readiness.
