Job summary

Bracco Medical Technologies in Eden Prairie, MN invites students to join as a Quality Systems Intern for Summer 2027. You will assist with implementing the new PLM System, support change orders, and maintain product documentation under the guidance of the Quality Systems Manager.

You will gain hands-on experience in regulated medical device environments, support internal audits and external audits (FDA, BSI), and contribute to CAPA activities, training records, and electronic records management.

Qualifications

• Qualified students have completed their sophomore year of coursework.
• Preferred programs include Business, Chemistry, Communications, Engineering, Biology or Physics.
• Moderate level of computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in problem‑solving.
• Demonstrated knowledge and basic understanding of statistics, data analysis, and reporting of results.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the activities required with the implementation of the new PLM System
• Interact with Eden Prairie engineering team to support change orders supporting development and ongoing sustaining engineering activities.
• Provide quality assurance oversight of documentation change orders
• Provide support for the internal audit program, as well as any external audits by organizations such as FDA, BSI and others.
• Assist with Corrective Action (CAPA) activities, including investigations and verification for effectiveness
• Assist with controlling electronic records and documentation, including Manufacturing and Service records
• Assist with tracking and updating training records
