Quality Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Facilities and Engineering Support Specialist to support Quality Systems and manufacturing facilities in Puerto Rico and the USA. The role focuses on deviations, CAPA management, change controls, and controlled documentation within a world-class manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience, with specialized knowledge of industrial chilled water systems, cooling towers, HVAC, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality Systems, particularly deviations, CAPA management, Change Controls, and controlled documentation.
• Specialized industrial chilled water, cooling towers and HVAC systems expertise.
• Familiarity with validation and documentation processes in a highly regulated environment.
• Flexibility to work extended shift and/or weekends as per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity and compliance of facilities (F&E and AML) manufacturing.
• Provide support for Quality Systems activities including deviations, CAPA, Change Controls, and documentation.
• Investigate deviations from procedures following SOPs and close CAPAs.
• Coordinate and monitor CAPAs to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure Quality Systems records are complete and inspection-ready.
• Facilitate documentation changes with regulatory alignment and internal standards.
• Support OEFM electronic forms and pest control documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve form-related questions.
• Assist in transforming the Pest Control program and coordinating with vendors.
• Maintain Change Control records and support during regulatory inspections.
• Evaluate and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance for HVAC, chilled water, and cooling towers.
