The role requires strong audit experience, problem solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's in Engineering and 5+ years in quality roles in automotive manufacturing are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required (candidates may be pursuing).
• Certified Internal Auditor certification required; ASQ preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in a Quality Technician/Engineer role.
• Automotive manufacturing experience, especially with IATF 16949.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IATF 16949 audits and internal audits.
• Maintain and continuously improve the QMS and BOS compliance.
• Provide BOS administration and coordinate change proposals.
• Support KPI reporting and customer-specific quality requirements.
