What You’ll Do

• Ensure compliance with cGMP standards across Manufacturing and Packaging areas
• Verify production control records are complete and accurate
• Confirm that all Laboratory Services release testing meets bulk and finished product specifications
• Execute or coordinate resolutions for excursions identified during batch review
• Issue and review logbooks and notebooks
• Compile, organize, and review documentation from customers, Manufacturing, Packaging, and Laboratories
• Ensure adherence to customer release requirements
• Update and maintain both paper and electronic records
• File and archive documentation appropriately
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required
• QA Associate I: 0–2 years of Quality Control/Assurance experience in a related field with LIMS experience
• Comply with all cGMP standards, SOPs, and Good Documentation Practices
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently or in teams
• Ability to perform basic math and read/inspect batch codes accurately
• Familiarity with balances, torque meters, vacuum/seal strength testers, and related equipment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and responsibilities
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods (up to 80% of shift), walk throughout the facility, bend/kneel, and verify components
