Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions seeks a data analytics specialist for an on-site contract in North Charleston, SC. You will transform data, support quality metrics, and drive process improvements over a 6-month assignment.

Responsibilities include data interpretation for root-cause analysis, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivering leadership-ready presentations using SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and Excel. Prior cloud knowledge is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Proficient with data visualization platforms Tableau and Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL programming and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or technical field.
• Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java) beneficial for integration and automation.
• 3+ years of experience with query performance tuning and indexing strategies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, Power Pivot, Power Query).
• Experience with analytical, communication and problem solving skills.
• Experience developing presentations for leadership.

• Analyze data to establish Quality performance improvement projects through problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Proficient with SQL programming and database management systems (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Proficient with Data visualization platforms including Tableau and/or Power BI.
