The Quality Systems Specialist is responsible for maintaining, improving, and ensuring the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) on a site focussed on Research & Development. The role drives compliance with ISO 9001 requirements throughout the electronics product development lifecycle, including contract manufacturing, by ensuring that documented processes are implemented, monitored, and continually improved.
Working closely with Engineering, Project Management, and Supply Chain teams, the Quality Systems Specialist promotes a quality-focused culture that enables the development of innovative, reliable, and manufacturable electronic products while meeting customer, regulatory, and business requirements.
This role is a remote-hybrid position with up to 50% travel.

The role acts as a facilitator and advisor, ensuring quality processes support efficient product development while maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and fostering continual improvement across the R&D organization.
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $88,000 - 118,000, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
