Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking an experienced quality auditor to conduct internal audits (QMS, manufacturing processes, and product audits) and lead corrective actions. The role includes planning audits, training stakeholders on AIAG core tools, and maintaining audit records.

On-site position with relocation support. Candidates should have an associate degree, IATF 16949/ISO 9001 audit training, and Six Sigma Green Belt with a willingness to certify further.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent business experience.
• IATF 16949 + ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Trained.
• Six Sigma Green Belt trained and willing to work towards certification.
• AIAG core tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, and MSA) trained.

Responsibilities

• Plan, perform, and lead QMS audits in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Initiate, track, and monitor corrective actions associated with audit findings.
• Provide training and guidance on AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA).
• Support documentation of the key processes of the business quality manual.
