You will assist the Quality Systems Manager in all phases of the Quality Control program, including development and implementation of procedures. The role includes updating work instructions, maintaining the internal audit program, handling quality records, and supporting root‑cause analysis for customer feedback.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Good organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be competent with all office equipment.
• Filing skills required.
• Strong computer skills – intermediate Word and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Assist Quality department in updating Work Instructions and Shipping Routing Guides.
• Create and file quality certificates of conformance, corrective action reports and other quality documents.
• Log quality internal findings.
• Maintain filing of invoices and traveler copies; keep cabinets orderly.
• Assist in maintaining ISO 9001 certification.
• Assist in customer feedback system and root-cause analysis.
