Job summary

CPS, Inc. is hiring a Quality Manager in New York, NY, who will be responsible for establishing a Quality Management System (QMS) from scratch. The role demands partnership with contract manufacturers and stakeholders to drive compliance and product quality across the supply chain.

The successful candidate will have over 5 years of experience in quality management within dietary supplements or consumer health manufacturing and will ensure adherence to cGMP standards while improving quality processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Quality experience in VMS, dietary supplements, or consumer health manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of cGMP regulations and related compliance requirements.
• Ability to set quality expectations with contract manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve Quality Management System (QMS) from the ground up.
• Manage change control, deviation management, and CAPA processes.
• Own quality documentation and ensure audit-readiness at all times.
