Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking two Analyst Quality Systems to join our Raritan, NJ team. The role focuses on quality system execution, document lifecycle, and data integrity within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or science and at least 2 years in quality disciplines with strong English communication and collaboration skills. Some off-shift coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or equivalent technical subject area.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Systems/Quality Control.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Execute quality system activities including Document/Records Management and Data Integrity.
• Liaise between site and above site activities.
• Support document lifecycle and perform site superuser activities.
• Identify improvement opportunities and elevate potential risks to management.
• Assist in Audit, Investigation and Change Control activities.
• Participate in department optimization efforts.
• Take the lead on selected project assignments through to closure.
• Update Standard Operating Procedures and related documents.
• Drive alignment between local and global processes.
• Adhere to safety policies, quality systems and cGxP requirements.
• Provide occasional support at off-shift hours with little or no prior notice.
• Other duties to support business continuity.
