Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for two Analyst Quality Systems roles. These positions will be located in Raritan, NJ and will focus on quality system execution, document/records management, and data integrity to support cGMP compliance.

We require a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or an equivalent technical field and at least two years of experience in QA/Quality Systems or related activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in QA/Quality Systems/Quality Control or related activities.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Complete quality system execution activities including Document/Records Management and Data Integrity.
• Act as liaison between site and above site activities.
• Support document lifecycle and perform site superuser activities.
• Identify improvement opportunities and elevate risks to management.
• Assist in Audit, Investigation and Change Control related activities.
• Participate in department optimization efforts.
• Lead select project assignments through to closure.
• Update Standard Operating Procedures and related documents.
• Drive alignment between local and global processes.
• Adhere to safety policies and cGxP requirements.
• Provide occasional support at off-shift hours with little or no notice.
• Other duties to support business continuity.
