Job summary

Actalent seeks a Quality Systems Training Associate to support the global LMS, ComplianceWire, within the Quality Systems Services organization. You will administer the system, manage training records, and drive process improvements to stay compliant.

You will collaborate across sites, generate reports, aid audits, and resolve LMS issues while helping to advance quality and regulatory training in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 0-1+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environments.
  • Preferred experience with ComplianceWire LMS.
  • LMS Administrator certification or hands-on experience.
  • Familiarity with quality systems training requirements and documentation.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards including 21 CFR Part 820, 21 CFR Part 211, and ISO.
  • Experience supporting regulatory inspections and quality compliance initiatives.

The Quality Systems Training Associate supports the global Learning Management System (LMS), ComplianceWire, within the Quality Systems Services organization. This role involves the administration, maintenance, reporting, and continuous improvement of training processes to ensure regulatory compliance and foster employee development.

Responsibilities

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bridgewater, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $31.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
