Job summary

Webasto, located in Lexington, KY, is seeking an entry-level Quality Inspector to support production quality. You will perform inspections, conduct visual checks, and identify defects to help maintain high standards on the shop floor.

Entry-level role with on-the-job training; teamwork and strong attention to detail are essential. The position helps ensure quality across parts and finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Previous manufacturing or quality experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality procedures.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections on parts, components, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct visual and basic quality checks throughout the production process.
• Identify and report defects, process deviations, or non-conforming materials.
• Escalate quality concerns according to established procedures.
• Record inspection findings and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support quality monitoring activities and compliance with company standards.
• Work closely with production teams to help maintain product quality.
