Job summary

Automation Personnel Services in Greer, SC seeks a hands-on Quality Supervisor – Manufacturing to lead daily quality operations, balance inspection tasks with team supervision, and own line performance.

The role offers A/B shift options with pay rates of $28.50/hour and $29.50/hour. It is a full‑time, temporary-to-hire position with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short‑term disability, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Automotive manufacturing or quality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Balance hands‑on work with active supervision: Assist with inspection, sorting, rework, containment, documentation, and line coverage while maintaining oversight of team quality and performance.
• Lead and develop employees: Train, coach, support, and hold team members accountable while maintaining a professional and respectful work environment.
• Manage staffing and coverage: Coordinate attendance, schedules, headcount, breaks, and line coverage. Address staffing gaps before they affect production.

Quality Supervisor – Manufacturing

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a hands‑on Quality Supervisor with strong leadership, sound judgment, and ownership of daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who can lead a team while also stepping in to support quality operations when needed.

Pay Rate

A Shift: $28.50/hour

B Shift: $29.50/hour

Schedule and Hours

A Shift: 6:15 AM - 5:00 PM

B Shift: 5:00 PM - 6:15 AM
