Job summary

Jabil in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the Quality Engineers and QC teams to ensure product quality meets internal, customer, and regulatory standards. The role is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

You will drive continuous improvement, recruit and develop quality personnel, and oversee audits, data analysis, and shift coverage to maintain OTD and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–6 years of related experience.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Training in IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and other relevant industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance to AS9100 and Nadcap-NDT requirements.
• Lead, coordinate, and support QC and the quality team to meet production and quality requirements.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop quality personnel; manage performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in key operational metrics and goals.
• Create and maintain shift coverage schedules for manpower.
• Participate in On Time Delivery (OTD) and CAC meetings.
• Train QC personnel to minimize escapes to the customer.
• Run quality reports and analyze data to identify gaps in processes.
• Monitor departmental output and inspection effectiveness.
• Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
• Adhere to safety and health rules; perform other duties as assigned.
