Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (required).
• 3-6 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in leading audits.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and presentation.

• Conduct regular meetings with the audit and inspection team to foster teamwork and consistency.
• Create regular reports highlighting audit and inspection performance and areas for improvement.
• Collect product samples and collaborate with third-party test laboratories.
• Serve as subject experts regarding policies, mortgage servicing, investor requirements, processes, and regulations to test the company's products adequately.
