Quality Supervisor – Solar Products

Location: About an hour north of Seattle, WA

We’ve partnered with a rapidly growing solar technology company that’s expanding its operations and launching a new business unit. They’re looking for a Quality Supervisor to lead quality initiatives and serve as the technical voice for their commercial customer base. This is a high-impact role with visibility across engineering, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary quality representative in direct communications with commercial customers, including on-site support
• Investigate and resolve field quality issues related to solar products
• Lead root cause analysis and develop CAPA plans with cross-functional teams
• Oversee product returns, warranty claims, and customer complaints
• Analyze field performance data to identify trends and drive improvements
• Support customer audits and qualification processes
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Stay current on industry and regulatory standards for solar systems

Qualifications
