Sabert Corporation is seeking a QA Supervisor to oversee hourly Quality Technicians, ensure proper quality measurements and documentation, and support daily plant quality system execution. Supports plant quality performance by supervising hourly Quality Technicians and ensuring quality measurements, metrics, and tests are properly executed, documented, and communicated. Assists the Quality Manager with day-to-day quality system execution and leads defined plant quality initiatives with direction from management. Promotes a floor-level culture of quality and supports internal audit readiness and corrective action follow-through.

Work in accordance with all company policies and procedures regarding employment, safety, quality, product safety and legality, security, and regulatory compliance as applicable.
Education: High school diploma required; Associate's degree or relevant technical training preferred.
Experience: 5+ years in a manufacturing environment or 2 years as a Quality Engineer; 1+ year in a quality role preferred.
Additional: Demonstrated internal auditing experience and ability to lead/participate in quality improvement initiatives.
