Base pay range

$78,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

A Quality Supervisor is a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. You will lead and motivate the quality control team, oversee quality control processes, drive continuous improvement. Supervisors also help maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily QC team performance and training.
• Maintain and improve quality systems, including ISO standards.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and present quality reports and KPIs.
• Ensure clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Manage calibration of inspection tools and equipment.
• Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support cross-functional projects with Engineering and Manufacturing.

Prerequisites

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years in Quality Assurance
• 2+ years in Supervision/Management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in Excel and quality tools
• Experience in PV and Manufacturing industries
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and ISO quality systems
• Strong leadership and Communication skills
