Responsibilities

• Verify incoming product accuracy and quality through documentation.
• Assist in implementing and improving the quality system; train staff and record defects.
• Investigate quality issues on the production floor and communicate findings.
• Ensure 5s/lean at work stations and offices.
• Coordinate with engineering to resolve quality issues quickly.
• Support development of FMEAs and implement corrective actions.
• Respond to shop floor calls and issue Quality Alerts or Pull Requests.
• Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as required.
