Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is hiring a Quality Specialist for Electric Distribution in Central, TX. This role assesses Operations work performance through field audits and works closely with clients’ Quality groups. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in Electric Distribution and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities include regular audits, coaching field employees, and ensuring safety compliance. Benefits include health insurance, a 401k plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of experience with time served in a leadership role.
• Experience in Electric Distribution, Overhead and/or Underground, or directional boring.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field audits of in-progress and completed work.
• Identify non-compliant or unsatisfactory work per customer standards.
• Provide appropriate coaching and mentoring to employees in the field.
