The Quality Specialist supports both Quality Management System (QMS) administration and Quality Operations. This hybrid role is responsible for document control, incoming inspection, nonconformance reporting (NCR), and Material Review Board (MRB) activities to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
This position is being established within a dynamic and rapidly growing organization where adaptability, ownership, and cross-functional engagement are essential to success. While the role currently encompasses responsibilities traditionally distributed across several quality disciplines, this breadth reflects the needs and opportunities inherent in a startup environment.
