Job summary

Ardagh Metal Packaging seeks a manufacturing associate to support quality assurance and production in a fast-paced facility in Olive Branch, MS. You will follow safety SOPs, inspect cans, report issues, and assist with line operation to keep production flowing.

You will analyze data, record results in QAS software, and help quarantine non-conforming items while maintaining strict housekeeping and inventory accuracy using SAP systems.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Personal Protective Equipment; detail oriented; prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Understands and complies with safety SOPs and work instructions including Lockout/Tagout and GMPs.
• Analyze inspection data and establish quality level and acceptability when limits are not clearly defined; follow corporate and plant procedures.
• Communicate issues involving Safety, Quality, Spoilage, or Production to peers and supervisors; report changes and processes.
• Perform tests, gauge or instrument inspections; collect samples and record results in QAS software with comments.
• Tend automatic can machines to maintain continuous line production; report equipment malfunctions to supervisor.
• Dispos e and quarantine non-conforming products; manage inventory using SAP-based systems to maintain accurate levels.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and complete other duties as assigned.
