Job summary

Relativity Space in Cape Canaveral, FL is seeking an Engineering Intern to support the Reliability team on the Terran R program. You will learn how quality is built into design and production, and collaborate with design, manufacturing, test, and launch teams.

You will identify trends in quality data, assist with inspection practices, and help resolve build issues using Root Cause and Corrective Action approaches.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Pursuing an Engineering degree and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Identify trends in quality data and drive improvements in inspection methods.
• Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing and Suppliers to implement inspection practices.
• Resolve build issues using Root Cause, Corrective Action and Non-Conformance Management.
• Support implementation of quality initiatives within the factory or supply base.
