  • Establish clear department goals, performance expectations, and accountability measures while creating a team-oriented culture that recognizes employee contributions and encourages participation in improving company performance.
  • Demonstrate and reinforce the organization’s core values of customer focus, execution, teamwork, and respect.
Quality & Regulatory Manager Qualifications
  • At least 15 years of experience within a manufacturing environment, including 7–10 years of recent quality management experience, preferably in a senior leadership capacity.

  • In-depth experience managing Quality Management Systems within ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 environments, including internal audits, document control, PPAP, FAI, IQ/OQ/PQ validations, inspection programs, corrective actions, customer audits, and supplier quality.
  • Demonstrated success implementing continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, quality initiatives, good manufacturing practices, and other process improvement methodologies.
  • Strategic and data-oriented leadership approach, including experience using statistical analysis, KPIs, metrics, and trend data to identify risks and improve quality performance.
  • Self-motivated leader who can make sound decisions, appropriately delegate authority, motivate others, and build a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across leadership, engineering, operations, purchasing, customers, suppliers, and regulatory stakeholders.
