Job summary

Element U.S. Space & Defense, based in the United States, seeks a Quality Manager to lead ISO 9001/17025 aligned quality programs within a lab environment. You will drive continuous improvement, manage QA processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and performance.

The role requires five years’ experience in ISO-based quality management and the ability to interact with regulatory bodies; onsite work at our lab is expected, with possible travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with ISO related quality mgmt systems, accreditation, certification, and maintenance.
• Experience participating in quality investigations, root-cause analysis, corrective action plans, and action effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the facility’s quality objectives and programs.
• Develop and implement workplace policies in line with ISO standards; keep them up to date.
• Oversee calibration and publications teams, coaching staff to achieve high performance.
