Job summary

Curia, a global CDMO, seeks a Supervisor, Quality Program Management in Albuquerque, NM to oversee the QA batch record review and product disposition team and ensure timely review and disposition for clinical, commercial, and media fills.

The role partners with cross-functional teams to meet supply commitments, track cycle times, and prepare weekly/monthly metrics for leadership. A related degree and leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemistry, Biology or related field.
• Minimum of three years in Quality Assurance or Regulatory Compliance Management.
• Minimum of two years in a leadership role.
• Experience in aseptic/sterile product facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the QA batch record review and product disposition team.
• Support client quality relationships with timely deliverables.
• Review batch records and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address review comments.
• Maintain record review planner and track batch disposition stages.
• Monitor and improve batch record review cycle times and contribute to metrics.
• Coordinate shipments with the Warehouse and support audits and trainings.
