Job summary

NEURA Robotics is seeking a Quality Management Lead to drive structured problem solving and root cause analysis across production, development, and supplier management. You will lead interdisciplinary teams to develop lasting corrective actions and continuously improve standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why, FMEA, and Pareto analyses, plus strong analytical and communication skills in German and English.

Qualifications

• Technical education or degree in engineering, production technology, or quality management.
• Several years of experience in quality management, quality improvement, or problem solving, with knowledge of structured methods such as 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, or FMEA.
• Experience conducting risk analyses and facilitating interdisciplinary problem-solving teams.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification or equivalent (e.g., Shainin Engineer).
• Strong analytical skills, systemic thinking, and a structured, pragmatic approach.
• Fluency in German and English.

• You conduct in-depth root cause analyses for internal quality issues and apply proven methods such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why, FMEA, and Pareto analyses.

• You carry out and facilitate risk analyses to identify potential quality risks at an early stage.

• You coordinate interdisciplinary teams to develop lasting solutions and ensure the effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

• You analyze quality metrics, identify systematic problem areas, and support production, development, and supplier management with complex quality issues.

• Additionally, you are responsible for establishing and continuously improving standards for root cause analysis and problem solving.
