• Current Ohio license or national certification in your field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Quality Outcomes Management, Performance Improvement, Patient Safety, Accreditation and Infection Prevention.
• Establish staff schedules, hire and evaluate performance; address issues.
• Lead quality initiatives, safety improvements and regulatory compliance across departments.
