Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation is hiring for an on-site role handling quality control, packaging, and shipping operations on A-Shift (7:45AM-8PM, Sun-Tue; 7:45AM-2PM, Wed). The position includes a $500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and requires a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities include inspecting products, maintaining QC standards, and using the ERP system for time/material logs. All safety policies apply; background checks and drug screening are part of the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to embody and reflect company core values.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, separate, slot, and package all label/print products.
• Maintain all quality control standards.
• Log time and materials accurately in the ERP system.
• Ensure shipments are completed and delivered as per the schedule or as directed by Lead/Supervisor.
• Communicate issues related to printing, laminating, or shipping to relevant stakeholders.
• Double-check shipments to prevent errors before leaving the facility.
• Coordinate with courier companies and drivers on delays or special deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE and safety procedures.
• May work overtime or on another shift as needed.
• Attend regularly as an essential function of the job.
