Job summary

LG Energy Solution is seeking a System QA Supervisor to oversee quality operations across ESS Link manufacturing, IQC, OQC, and inspection laboratories. You will lead a team of QA technicians and inspectors, ensuring compliance with standards and driving continuous improvement in a startup manufacturing environment.

This on-site role in Phoenix requires strong leadership, experience with quality data, ERP/MES or QMS tools, and a track record of developing people while stabilizing manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of quality operations personnel and manage staffing.
• Oversee IQC, in-line inspection, and OQC activities across ESS Link manufacturing.
• Coordinate calibration, equipment maintenance, and lab safety.
